15. Update the sender info, subject and preview text

Update the information shown in your recipient’s mail app.
  • From Name When sending a newsletter, you want to make sure you’re easily recognizable to your recipients. We recommend using a consistent sender name such as [Your Name] | Real Estate or [Your Name]. This helps your recipients quickly identify the sender and reduces the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam.
  • From Email Similar to “From Name”, this is the email address shown in your recipient’s mail app. We recommend using a consistent sender email address to help your recipients quickly identify the sender and reduces the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam.
  • Email Subject The subject of your email shown in your recipient’s mail app.
  • Preview The preview shown in your recipient’s mail app. That’s an opportunity to add a catchy intro to get their attention rather than seeing the beginning of the email if it was for example,“Dear John, xyz”, it can be “Discover ” The preview shown in your recipient’s mail app. It’s a great opportunity to grab their attention and entice them to open your email. Instead of showing the beginning of the email, such as Dear John, […], you can craft a catchy intro that teases the content, like Discover […] or Get Ready to […]. This will help increase the chances of your email being opened and read!
